Wedding Video Contract
Fees: $1400 for the Basic Wedding Package or $1800 for the Wedding with Couple Interview Package. A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your wedding date and time which will be applied toward your total. In the event of a cancellation, all money paid will be refunded minus the $200 deposit. Unless other arrangements are made with the videographer in advance, final payment is due prior to the day of the wedding or is subject to cancellation by the videographer and will follow the cancellation policy as stated above. Payments will be accepted in the form of cash or check. A $20 NSF fee will be applied on all returned checks.
What’s included: The cost includes pre-wedding filming, filming during the ceremony and reception, editing, and 3 DVD copies. (Additional copies may be purchased up to 90 days following the receipt of your video for $20 each. All videos are copyright of the videographer.) A Sony HDR AX2000 and a Sony A77 DSLR will be used during your wedding. Your video will be hand delivered or mailed to the address provided within 90 days of your wedding day and the video montage will also be available online for viewing by friends and family. If you have chosen the package with interview, the interview will be conducted at the location of your choice. It requires approximately one hour for set up, a couple interview, and individual interviews.
Travel: Events requiring travel beyond 50 miles of zip code 70734 will incur a travel fee of $0.50 per mile. This fee will be determined at booking and included in the total package price.
Music: Due to the nature of videography, it is often necessary to use music overlays to drown out background noise. Song selection to be included in your video may be chosen by you, but must be received by the day of the wedding or will otherwise be at the discretion of the videographer. Song selection should include various types of music that will fit with the theme of your wedding. All songs selections provided may not be used.
Great care is taken to preserve and protect the video images of your special day. However, in rare circumstances, beyond the control of the videographer, your video images may be lost. In signing this contract, you understand that this is not the responsibility of the videographer, and in this situation, a full refund of all money received will be issued in the original form of payment within 30 days of the event.
